Maurice Cushnie Architects Ltd is an established dynamic and energetic architectural practice located in Portadown, Co Armagh. The practice was set up in 1988 by Maurice Cushnie who holds over 40 years’ background experience.
The practice has recently converted to a Limited Company with Joseph Curran a long standing employee of 18 years now taking up directorship with Maurice Cushnie.
From the businesses early days the client base has grown to cover many hundreds of commissions in all forms, sizes and values.
The practice specialties include :- Conservation, Repair and Restoration of Listed Buildings; Environmental and Fire Control Works; Commercial, Retail & Industrial Developments; Local Authority commissions; Education and Health Care facilities.
Industrial projects have become a particular speciality with projects for Invest (NI) featuring among some of the larger schemes some being completed on a fast track procurement basis. Work in this area still continues.
